i've cleaned the carburetor out, it's firing, and i'm waiting on an air filter but still it won't even come close to starting. The bike has been sitting for about four years while I was overseas and has not been started in that whole time frame.

Yo guys 30 male here. Just bought a Scion XC. Put some neon lights on the bottom of it and a spoiler to push my car to the ground at high speeds, which is what I usually am at. Also got a huge exhaust to make the exhaust flow more freely, carbon fiber and racing seats to lighten the load. I jsut frosted my tips and bought new sunglasses/got my ear pierced and now I look like the ultimate bad ***. I'm going to lower my sunglasses, rev my engine, look at you, then immmediatly look in my rearview mirror to see you vanish out of sight. PUNK.

I have a truck and dont want to change the stock wheels that already have oversized wide tires but the the rim width does not allow them to stick out a little more to what i would like, i want them to stick out at least an inch more. Is there anything i can put that will safely allow me to do so?
