If its diesel, pretty much any garage will do it
If it petrol most garages will but it usually takes a bit of time for them to find the part.
Get recommendations from friends/work collegues.....then go to garages get quotes. Play the garages off each other to get yourself the best price.
Depending on how much bhp it will give you, you'll need to think about an induction kit, i have a friend who recently got his gti chipped, and it completely burnt out the engine!!

you can peobably buy a kit on ebay with simple instructions, you can get them for most cars.
