we finally managed to get the bolt off, but the pulley won't budge. does anyone have any ideas?

we tried using the puller with a breaker bar, and it still isn't working. HELP!!!

Use a gear puller. This works by using a socket and ratchet.

The piece in the middle pushes on the center, and the jaws pull the pulley. You just tighten the center bolt and it pulls the pulley off.

Using a breaker bar won't work, as all sides of the pulley have to come off at the exact same time.

You could also use a slide hammer, although you may not have the room to use it.

It's called a pulley puller.
Almost every auto parts store will rent you one.
