Run a car from chip fat ?

Yes... but you have to have half and half for example half of disel/petrol and half of chip fat.

it might save you money but your car will stinck like a chippy and its not a good chippy smell at that... and or yea it is illegal in most places LOL.

My buddy runs his camper van on it during the summer, in the winter it gets less fluid and doesn't work well when cold. Smells lovely.

He only uses fat - but you can adjust the engine to run on fat only.

Yes, you can. There was an article on radio 4 recently about a teenager who made bio-fuel, converted from the local businesses to fuel the tractors on their farm. He is now running a bigger scale commercial operation.

The book "From the fryer to the fuel tank" was one that was referenced in the program.

my dads car is running on fresh veg oil. chip fat's like lard. not healthy for the car. if it is diesel then try it. the emmisions smell better. (chips). its legal!!!!

Yes if it has been filtered and has ethanol added in the correct dose. Have to declare it to the taxman though.
