My automatic car has problems getting into top gear, usually when its running from cold, but also at other random times. I have to rev it really high to get it to change up. Lifting off the accelerator doesn't work, as it does with some automatics. Is it expensive to get the sensor changed so that it knows when it should change up a gear? Anybody had a similar experience?

ford & gm already have paritial alliances with foriegn companies.......which add to there resouces.....
i think a merger of ford and gm would make them a stronger americam company world wide.
or isthis idea all wet...

a reletive of mine has bought a vectra (2000),he was told that it has been in a major crash it needs new side panels,new bonnet,new radiator amoung other things it has no documents and it has to go through a mot he has been told that he can go into the city center and get all the documents regarding the car but i think there's something fishy about this car.does anyone agree with me.he has paid £750 for the car

How can we ask one of our neighbours to stop parking his 3 limo's and people carrier right outside our house when he has his own drive, garage, and space outside his own house?? we dont have space for friends or family to park outside when they come now because our drive has our car in it. We have asked them before tomove them but they made us feel really awkward. its not just us its bothering, its our other neighbours too.
