Need to find a shop that sells brackets I can fit to the wall, with a ring so i can attach a chain and secure my moped. Specific answers only.

you can buy a locking ladder bracket, from B and Q maybe, which uses a padlock to secure stuff

Try a Tack shop, brackets like the type you are looking for are used to tie horses to.

i bought one from b & q for the little ones bike just bog standerd brackets my man done a good job of puting them up and they hold 3 big bikes

we have them padlocked and they have never been touched
