My husband and I are lienholders on an auto we sold to a friend. He's supposed to make $100.00 per month payments due on the 22nd of each month. Every month we have to call and ask and then we're the bad guys. This month, we're not doing anything and just waiting (he's has not paid yet this month..again). At what point can we legally seize the vehicle? I want to be done with them and take it back now. It's only been about 4 months on a $1200.00 loan. I can't go thru this every month for $100.00 until it's paid. I tried looking online for info but wasen't getting what I needed.

I was in an auto accident on August 18th. Every day they are finding little things that need to be fixed and now all of the sudden they are telling me they are findind 2 maintainence codes. Since there were no codes for the check engine light before i was hit does her insurance have to pay for those? One of the codes was for an oxygen sensor which i had replace last January and was perfectly fine before the accident. the other is a fuel relay.
The body shop says i have a slim chance that her insurance will approve the repairs and that i will have to pay out of pocket? i don't feel i should have to pay for it but i am looking to find out if i am financially responsible.

I have a 26 year old Kawasaki KZ440 ltd, it cranks and runs great. However when I get above 55 or 60 mph the front end vibrates (kinda jumps up and down) I wonder what it is and what can I do before taking it to the shop. The bike rides smooth and straight just untill I get above 55 or 60 mph. Please help, I don't know where to start. Thanks Andy

So, we just took our '86 Cadillac DeVille to Muffler Brothers to have them do the brakepads and passenger side rotor. This was TODAY we did this. So my boyfriend is driving downtown and the TIRE CATCHES ON FIRE!!!! What could cause something like this? Is Muffler Brother's obligated to fix our car?? Oh my god, this sucks!!!

But my car needs to be jumpstarted almost daily. Alternator checks out fine. We then took the car to firestone and they checked battery and said its borderline of being a bad battery.. (whatever that means).. Any suggetions on what the problem could be. Or what to do/check.

There are the old people drivers, who drive slow all the time. There are the new drivers, who get into little fender benders. Road rage drivers. Speed demons...etc. What all other kinds of vehicle drivers are there? I'm looking for a big list of different kinds(classifications) of drivers.

I have Nissan Altima 2003 with 35,000 miles on it, Still under warranty.I followed the mantienance schedule carefully This car is running the third engine that was put by the authorized Nissan Shop plus the car had many other problems that were covered by the warranty. I had real bad time with this car. It keeps giving troubles, they just keep fixing until the warranty expires. Then what? I am still paying the car, a car thats not dependable. It may be the authorized service center fault but I still keep having troubles. Need someone from Nissan to help me, I want this car to be exchanged for another. PS I live in Puerto Rico US

I'm a directory proofreader and I spend all day making sure the names and addresses are spelled right so that people can contact one another. I keep wondering, though, who gets to name the roads?

Also, why do people sit parked with their DRIVING/HEADLIGHTS on???? Am I the only person that clicks my headlights off when I pull into a drive-through? Don't anybody give me that crap about modern cars and automatic/daytime running lights either, all you have to do is press or pull the parking brake lever one or two clicks to make the headlights go out when you don't have headlights selected! My personal car is an older one and what I drive at work is a 2002 and a 2004. Just click the parking brake one or two clicks, then release it when you're ready to resume normal driving...If you're incapable of those simple functions, maybe you should reconsider driving all together!!!

I have a Almera, and my car is not driving like normal. I went to the garage and the mechanic said the Calipers are seizing. What does this mean? When I go up a hill in 2nd gear, it struggles. It also doesn't move freely on a normal road. I am really worried and was wondering if a new caliper would sort this out? If not, am I buggered?

Thanks in advance :)
