All of the above are good ideas...but you can also find the address of the CEO of the company who made your car..send a nice, polite, detailed letter to his office describing your problem..you may well get some good results!

You file the complaint with the car manufacturer, when this happens dealers lose incentives from them a lot of times threatening them with complaining to the manufacturer will make them treat you right.

you have a few options,, first go to the head of the dealership,, and file a complaint or meet w. them,, if no action,, then got to the manufactures customer complaints,,if still no action,, go to the press,, report it to the local tv station about your concerns and see if they can resolve it,, they have a lot of clout and resources,, they can put the FEAR/ Scare factor into these biggot companies

in the mean time...take you car to another dealership that also sells your cars brand...they also deal with warrenties for your car brand even if you did not buy it at that particular location...since its still the same brand
