maybe the dimmer switch is messed up. you should ask a mechanic

Well if you have a warranty take it to the place you bought it from. and if not well then here we go....you may have more than one fuse that controls your lights ex high and low beams so look around test the circuit with a test light. go to your headlights if that doesn't work....try to get a wiring schematic and use a test light and check all the routes for the wiring...hey to all my knowledge of your question is that you probably just have a wire loose somewheres

I don't know about this car, but if it has daytime running lights, the problem could be in that circuitry. Take it back to the dealer if under warranty.

I'd take it in to Suzuki, probably still under warranty.

The bulb is NOT ok. If it was, it would work. Replace the bulb. You'll see.
