I think you were very un-wise to part with the car before you got all the money...any agreement should have been sorted before you parted with the car...I hope you get the rest of you cash but you have put yourself in a vulnerable position.

That depends on the contract you had with that person...You did have some kind of contract right? If not than you are 'screwed' Do you still have the tittle, if so than it's not theirs until you sign it over and you have some leverage....

You should have done a legal contract. + had it signed by a notary. I would want the rest of my money in 2 weeks
