You get a free meal too!
From their website "First Class ticket holders, travelling Monday to Friday, receive
complimentary small snacks, fruit juice, mineral water and
a glass of wine on afternoon services. This is in addition to
complimentary tea and coffee and a daily newspaper, all of
which will be served to you at your seat."

If it's anything like I experienced last week- sod all. Group of young lads who were swearing and shouting, and they hadn't paid to upgrade;the train was so crowded that you couldn't get to the buffet car;the train was absolutely freezing. And if you travel after 8pm,there is no buffet service at all!
