I accidentally put in 3 gallons of diesel in my petrol car. The tank had 10 gallons on petrol when I did this. Since I was confused, I topped it off with 2 more gallons on petrol and kept driving. I have since then driven more than 80 miles and havent noticed a problem. NO smoke , just a little sputtering when started. I called up a mechanic and he asked me to get it to his garage asap. Please help me with suggestion.

Is there any way I can get it dropped or keep it off my insurance. It's not the money of the ticket, which hurts, but the effect on my insurance I'm concerned about. I have no other tickets. Anyone with experience with this?

Thank you. :)

I don't like the big radio that Harley offers in their catalog. Are there any aftermarket systems out there that are more compact?

The six - 6V batteries are connected by 6 ga cables. This cart uses the old type coiled resistor for speed and power. Battery cables stay cool during use, but cables to motor get hot. Wonder if larger cables (10 or 0 ga) from battery pack to motor and back would reduce heat, increase power flow and make cart run better with more power, and last longer overall. Thanks.

I'm looking at a 1998 Audi A4, the guy selling it has a price of I think $7,400 for it, but it has 124,000 miles. From the answers given to that other question, I assume that this car will be good for a while. Am I right?? I currently have a Jeep with 135,000 on it, which had around 120k when I bought it, I didnt have a problem with this since Jeep has a solid reputation for high miles. The KBB $$ for Private Party is close to the price of the Audi....does this sound like an ok idea?? I just really dont want to get screwed...

I had cut out a rusted area on my jeep, 2in x 2in square. I had cut out a piece of sheet metal to size fiting the hole nicely.
The problem: I don't know how to keep the 2in metal piece in place before tack welding with a MIG. The hole is located up above the Jeep logo without access to the back, where the cowl and side comes together. Any suggestions?
