the problem i'm having is that i can not shift the car into gear. Originally you should be able to press the brakes and the gear lock deactivates, then I would be able to shift the gear. is there any kind of fuse or solenoid i can disconnect. Or maybe, you might know how to repair this.

Its 9 months until the day the car is unearthed. I just wanna see some feedback on peoples opinions about what condition the car would be in today. I think it might have flat tires, rotton gas, and faded paint . What do you think?

My car was stolen and law enforcement only tells me that they'll call me when they find it? What are they doing to help find it? It wasn't insured and I have no way to get to work. Is there any agency that can help me. They took more than just my car. They took away part of my life.

manfaction contrl. tarnsmission (P1860)

Do you find yourself driving in more of a daring fashion than you would if you didn't have those safety features (specifically antilock brakes, stability control, and curtain air bags). 1992 ford taurus front wheel drive,3.8 232 v-6 starts and runs fine put in gear it sometimes shimmers then goes 1,2,not third,I know its shifting gears by the sound of the rpms, its a automatic, it goes about 100 feet theen it feels like its in neutral!! turn the car off ,put in drive it goes about 100 feet no go... I think its a sensor are a selonoid I know a lot but first front wheel drive my question also where is it located or should I replace the trans..if so is it a transaxle or a halfshaft?? thank you!!
