I would guess an auto parts store? or maybe a chevy dealer?

They are transmission related codes. Could be as simple as a poor connection...the plug on the passenger side of the transmission...or a couple bad solenoids inside the transmission.

edit>>be careful if you are using a generic scan tool or code reader. They 'can' give false codes and/or false information. P1860 is a fault for the pulse width modulator that regulates torque converter clutch apply rate.

I work in an auto parts store and only a very experienced parts man/woman (i.e. a crusty old fart) will be able to track that down for you. Your best chance will be the dealer if you can't find a good parts man that knows his stuff.
