All rubber components rotted, paint not exposed to sun but could be rusted. Gas, if any definitely spoiled. Assumption is the car was buried 49 yrs ago.
Were preservation steps taken when buried? If not it will not be worth uncovering, not to mention the EPA issues that will be created.

I think you are diggging up something that is only worth scrap weight at a recycling center. It will be ruined by the constant dampness of the ground and never drying out. Everything will be rusted and corroded including most of the wiring. It will most likely need a complete frame-off resto.

The engine and transmission will be locked down, all hoses will have rotted, there will be extensive rust, the inside will have dry rot or water damage..
