i dont have time to go through the inspection deal i heard if i put it in my girlfriends name then she sells it to me it will come back clean

It's not sopposed to do that but you may get lucky and get a lazy clerk.

There is no legal way to do this. That is the purpose of a salvage title. To do so would be fraud because you are decieving the perspective owner into thinking the car was not wrecked.

The vehicle is salvaged whether it is yours, your girlfriends, or Mickey Mouse. It is salvaged. Perhaps you can find a clean title vehicle and use the parts as a doner car...
