The Nissan dealership I work for are greddy and hungry we will work on non warranty items on any Inifinity car. But we have yo refer you to the closest dealer when we find a recall or some waranty issue. Call Nissan shops or drive in and ask. Some dealers think parts is an issue and are narrow minded. I have found like model 1/30, G/35 2dr and G/35 four door just about the same. But when you need a transmission sensor for Q/45 or FX there are major differences. Any Nissan product after 1994 Nissan Dealers have service manuals on the computer like the one I'm typing on right now.

All you have to do is look at the name of the car. Next look for the dealership that has the same name. Finally when you see the name that match your car that is your answer. Unless you bought an used infinti from nissan that has an warranty then if it breaks down while on warranty nissan have to fix it.Even still nissan may take it to the infinti dealership to fix it. Mainly the techinicians at nissan are trained to work on nissan and the techinicians at infinti are trained to work on infinti. Both cars have the same engine parts but different body shapes.

For some things they probably will. The VQ engine is in many Nissans and Infinitis, but they're tuned different and the electronics are different. For most service you'll be okay and they can order the parts if they're good on customer svc

yes and no, it depends if you have warranty issue, a Nissan dealer cannot work on your car . But for the most part, if you own an I30, I35, QX4, G20, G35 coupe/sedan, FX35, FX56, the engine parts between these of Infiniti and Nissan will work, exceptions are O2 sensors, mass air flow sensor.

Yes. They use pretty much the same parts - Infinity is just an upscale brand of Nissan's.

Yes because some people trade in or sell their old cars no matter the kind when they buy a new car.
