...but I really like my Eclipse and take pretty good care of it.

Unfortunately, I can't yet afford to keep my Eclipse in a garage, so I'm worried her engine will rust out.

To put it in other words, I would like to help a Quiz Master who is trying to find an answer since some time for a common question that arises on all the youngesters who touch the steering wheel. It is the longest distance driving at a short time that has a recognised record. I am of the opinion Farmula IV records will solve the a part of it but it is incomplete! I only owned the car for a couple months, and rarely drove it, never had title switched into my name. I signed the bill of sale, yet never received all the money for the vehicle. The kid I sold it to claims he paid me all the money. He filed in court, and I now find out I have a bench warrant. SInce I did not show up in court, does he automaticly own the car? Or is it still mine since I hald the title? Can I repo it, or report it stolen? He has bill of sale, and a bench warrant on me, I have the title, who wins?

I just got this baby, and I need to do some TLC...
any places for parts, and a list of things that VW owners should know.

I don't have a car so I have no car insurance. Occasionally I rent a car, but I always get screwed with the rental company's high insurance premiums. Are there any insurance companies that provide insurance on a short term basis. I have a good driving record.

I have a 2002 Hyundai Excel with automatic transmission. It has always shifted pretty roughly but now even in low gears it really kind of jumps when shifting--that's the way I describe it. Tonight I tried putting it in reverse; first it didn't respond at all, but then it really jerked back and surprised me. I'm concerned. Does anyone out there have experience with this in Hyundais or any knowledge that can help me know what the problem is and how serious?
