i have 306 dturbo with warning light like saucepan lid with wavy lines underneath. not in my manual what is it

the warning light is on the right side of the dash above the airbag warning light.

buy new car or keep and fix old one? with todays prices for pick-ups, i am incline to keep my old one.?

Good running F-150. My idea is to spend about $3000 to fix it (transmission, shocks, tune -up, new tires) and use it for another 2-3 years. $3000 would be my down payment if i was going to buy new truck. But after looking for what i like, i would have to pay $500 a month. I need my truck for work.
What do you thing? I bought my F 150 for $1000 and it is 1997.

What are the grey boxes with solar panels on a pole that are appearing beside the railway in lots of places?

Someone suggested they might be to do with points - but there is one (below a bridge!!!) at Crowthorne Station - miles from the nearest set of points.

I just sold a car to an individual. What happens if he fails to transfer the title to his name?

When I sold the car, I simply signed over the title to the new owner, trusting that he would take the title to the DMV to have the title transfered to his name. But, if he fails to do so, can I be held liable for something bad that might happen while he operates the vehicle? Thanks for the input!

I am looking for information on owning and operating a large yacht or even a decomissioned cruise ship.?

Ok, I will just shoot off a few questions. Please excuse my ignorance, I know very little about boats but I was walking around the Marina Del Rey area this weekend and began getting curious.

I will assume you need to register the boat, but is it more difficult if say you buy a 400' retired cruise liner and don't plan to use it commercially?

If you use a large boat such as this as your residence do you have to pay real estate tax on it.

If you plan to captain the boat yourself do you need a license to operate it.

If you own a really large boat, say 200' or longer where do you dock it at? Are there special facilities for private owners of oversized watercraft?

If you use your boat to cruise to other countries, how easy is it to find a port where you can dock? Do most countries offer this sort of thing for travelers?

I would appreciate any information you can provide for me.

In the U.S. when do you need a pilot's license?

I guess what I want to know is, say you own a 20,000 acre ranch in New Mexico or something and you have a helicopter. Are you allowed to fly it around your ranch without a license? If you can how high are you allowed to go?

I already looked up the different types of pilot licenses at the FAA but they did not mention the specific scenario I am speaking of, and I know about the ultralight aircraft not needing a license but I am thinking more along the lines of a helicopter, single engine biplane, or something like that.

Any information that isn't readily mentioned on the FAA page regarding the issue would be greatly appreciated.

Effect of car engine oil Level exceeding max?

I checked my car engine oil level this morning (when cool), and it showed about a cm (1/4 in) above the max level indicator. It's a 4GR-FSE (Lexus IS250 engine).

What are the damages this would cause to the engine and why?
