Is it possible to purchase a Buddy pass so that I can fly from PIT to MNL?

Pittsburgh Pa USA to Manila, Philippines, I was working in the Philippines when I was layed off from the company I was working at for over 8 months. I would like to return so that I can propose to my girlfriend whom I havnt seen, in 6 months but can not afford the $1000+ ticket

Have you tried the Air Courier services? I don't know much about, them, you can Google: Air Couriers and research them. I think you get to fly free (or deep discount), if you don't check your baggage. Check it out- see what is involved.
