does anybody know whats a good brand, and where i can order it without spending a arm and a leg? plus most likely i would need it shipped, and i live in canada so i wouldnt want to spend like mad money, need a good brand not a cheapy one. any suggestions would be appreciated

i dont use checker autozone or pepboys some times you get a good one some times you dont way to high fail rate
i run a shop carquest uses oca rebuilds they have a high ok rating

If you can get an AC Delco starter I would go with that.
I work in a G.M. dealer and they seem to be the best we have very little failure and if it is installed buy a gm dealer it can have a lifetime warranty.
Our second choice is Carquest. They seem to have good brands and decent prices.

It's one of those parts that is always good.I always buy cheap starters and have never had a problem with them.I buy them from checker auto parts in Arizona.
