This may be a long time away, but what might the next names be for Boeing's commercial products.

We already know what they are woking on: the Y1 and Y3 projects (new 737 and 747/777 replacements). Now that the only 7X7 remaining is 797, what other names can there be?

Intriguing.

They could of course call them 7A7, 7B7 etc.

If they do, they should send me the royallties for the idea.

Boeing have a habit of naming a new aircraft 7[letter]7, like the 767 (7X7) or the in development 787 (7E7)..

After the 747 Advanced I think Boeing will work on a improved version of the 737 to compete better with the A320 family or something similar.
