I have a black '99 Honda Civic EX sedan, and I was hoping somebody could give me some good cheap ideas to customize my vehicle. I'm not looking to change it into a racer. I'd like to do something to just make it look better.

I was involved in an auto accident where the other driver was at fault. There insurance has offered to pay for all the repairs. Now I want to file a claim for bodily or personal injury for me and my wife as we were both in the car. How do I file it and how much should I ask for?

I own a '78 Malibu, which is carbureted. I have been experiencing hesitation problems with it from a standstill. My dad recommended I rebuild the acceleration pump assembly, and he said they used to sell kits specifically for this. Are these still produced, or would I have to buy a whole carburetor rebuild kit?

My community has a serious cut through traffic problem. The traffic volume is way too high for our small neighborhood and most cut through traffic is speeding. North Carolina is currently responsible for our roads and so we have very few options to slow the traffic. I think our community will support privatizing the roads so we can gate in the community, but what will it cost? Is there a way to estimate based on the square feet of road and traffic volume? Are there any studies that show the affect on property values when a community goes private? Thank you.

I want a truck that is pretty good on gas, (mostly a V6) but I also want to put a mild lift (4" at most) and some tires (33"). I also want it to sound pretty good with dual exhaust. I dont want anything older than a year 2000, and I want to be able to upgrade the engine(eg. cold air intake, computer). What are some suggestions?

I have a problem with my 1987 dodge dakota when I bought it I noticed that the battery wasn't charging so I bought a new battery That didn't fix the problem. So I replaced the alternator. That didn't solve the problem so I took the alternater back and got a new one and had them test it before I left to make sure it was good. Well that didn't solve the problem. I've double checked how I installed it I made sure the belts are tight I checked if I hooked up the wires backwards. I've even checked my fuses. I can't figure out what's wrong. What do you think?

Do you think there are too many distractions in automobiles today? With all the dvds, cds, cell phones and GPS...is it making it so that people aren't paying enough attention to driving?
