I want a truck that is pretty good on gas, (mostly a V6) but I also want to put a mild lift (4" at most) and some tires (33"). I also want it to sound pretty good with dual exhaust. I dont want anything older than a year 2000, and I want to be able to upgrade the engine(eg. cold air intake, computer). What are some suggestions?

Go down to the local trailer park and find some redneck who has a truck for sale, offer him a case of beer a brand new nascar t-shirt. there you will get a truck, may not be exactly what you want but I've seen some older trucks with new paint and a lift kit w/ big tires that looks real good.
