Houston Texas....they haven't finished the freeways since cars were invented. You can't go 500 feet without running into construction workers....at least where I live anyways....

come visit me in California. Any where in southern california is a trip. I drive roads to work that have suicide walls put too close to the road. The interchange on the 91 and 60 and 215 was created by the people that dreamed up the movie Halloween. They are all tetering in the air at heights that would astound even the faint hearted....imagine this in a mild shaker we get all the time. But then who needs construction....our roads are wild without it....grin

Anywhere road construction is occurring poses a dangerous situation.

Is your question a joke, by the way? Why would anyone build a "dangerous road?" With that said, the technical answer to your inquiry is no where...

LOLOLOL I read somewhere that every 5 or 6 seconds, somewhere in the US a fatal head on happens!!! And you're asking about ROAD construction!!!???? The ROADS are NOT the problem!!!!!

Boston Mass. The Big Dig, one big mess,
Very dangerous to drive there,construction everywhere.
detours at every street corner.The worst I have seen in the usa.
