I have a black '99 Honda Civic EX sedan, and I was hoping somebody could give me some good cheap ideas to customize my vehicle. I'm not looking to change it into a racer. I'd like to do something to just make it look better.

Keep it clean!!! Don't put a bunch of Pep Boys crap on it (pedals, stickers, "fart" cans, spoilers, etc.) Save up and get a nice set of rims (18") and a slight drop (Eibach Pro-Kit). You could swap out the headlight bulbs to Xenon's (cheap and a nice upgrade). Paint your valve cover gloss black (or whatever color). These are relatively inexpensive upgrades and will give your car a nice clean custom look. Good luck and have fun!!

Option 1:
Window tint, wheel/tires, and a nice intake/exhaust.

Option 2:
Sell Civic and buy more original car. (i.e. Scion, Subaru, Mitsu, etc.)

Don't do it!! Look how many there are out there! Be different, and keep it looking the way it is.
