I've just spoken to a Countrywide rep, it sounds like they just don't escrow homeowner associates.
HOWEVER, talking to the homeowners association rep they indicated that there is a way to do it (they didn't know how) because some people did have their associations escrowed through Countrywide.

Any suggestions of how to get this done?

Thanks.

I asked the girl to consider carefully before giving me a deposit to secure the room of £220,as I had to ask another tennant to leave. She has not moved in as she now says the fridge is too small !! Do I need to return her deposit or do I keep it for costs incurred and lost rent as a result ?

we are looking forward to buying our first home in the middle or end of 2008. i can not believe how AWESOME prices are for some pretty luxurious homes around my area. not 2 years ago, you couldnt find anything halfway decent for under $200,000. ive been looking around more lately...just to see whats out there....and GEZZ! i am dissapointed we aren't buying now! you experts out there....do you think things will be the same when we are ready to buy next year? or will prices sky rocket again?

Also can they legally make someone who is on the lease pay for parking if they have two cars one for each adult? Or should they be allowed a free spot for each car? My apt complex sent out a notice that every car parked in the lot will need a sticker or it will be towed. The guest are suppose to park in the street we live in a gated community we do not have a street.

does price MAINLY go by square footage? or does the number of floors matter also? with the dimensions we're allowed by the survey dont allow us a very big ranch so it looks like we can minimze the dimensions if we get a 2 floor house but will that cost alot more than?

I argue with my whole family, and I really don't feel that I can live with them for any longer.
I think the only logical thing to do is move out and start renting a shared property. Though I've always thought renting wastes 1000s' of £.
I don't suppose their is a way around buying a house at my age - and getting a very large mortgage?
Thank-you very much x

My house went into foreclosure, and was sold almost 4 months ago. I have not heard from the mortage company or lawyers. I don't know who bought it or anything. I do know, I have 6 months redemption period, but when does this begin? I thought that somebody would notify me of who purchased it, or when, how much etc... Can anyone give me advice. I dont even know what date I have to leave Thank you

I've used a couple online mortgage calculators, but they only seem to calculate the Principle and Interest (PI). How can I figure out approximately how much the Tax and Insurance (TI) is going to cost on top of the PI?

The home is going to be located in Va and is approx. 400k.
