Yes. My uncle has lung cancer and he has recently gotten over pneumonia. 7 days of antibiotics in the hospital :(

People with lung cancer often die of pneumonia. It is what most people die of with lung disorders. If you look at carehomes for people, and certain people have already died there, you will find that the 'cause' of death is usually pneumonia.

yes much easier than us... Their lungs are not working properly therefore they can get build up on their lungs causing pneumonia and its very hard to get rid of for them.
