one company ran my score 2 days ago, but i don't like what they are offering me. another company said they must run my credit so it'll be in their database in order for them to tell me what i qualify for. Is this wise to run my credit this close together? I'm afraid it will pull down my already low score.

Dish Network accessed my checking account through my debit card which they were not authorized to do so. They say they have permission to do in the Residential agreement http://www.dishnetwork.com/content/about_us/residential_customer_agreement/index.shtml
If you read this it says nothing about them taking money from your account, just that you are liable to pay. Now, my ? is how do I remedy this? Since by law they can't just go into my account without my authorization right? I shouldn't have to close down my bank account because I am afraid that they will take my money at any time and being it a checking account this leaves me at risk of overdraft.... HOW DO I STOP THEM?

I had $11,000 saved up but since I blew it all on a car, not only could I not have had $1,000 for tools, repairs, and preventative maintenace, and not only could I have not had $6,000 saved up if I would've spend $3,000 on a car,

BUT LOOK AT 14 THINGS I MISSED OUT ON!

($1,000)
1) Beer
2) All sorts of stuff off EBAY, whether it just be for fun, decoration, or even kinky or sexual.
3) Lap dances at strip clubs
4) Call girls
5) Movies
6) Music CDs
7) A nice stereo system.
8) Add-ons to the car such as neon lighting, lit up fuzz dice, seat covers, steering wheel cover, etc.
9) An expensive dinner at Red Lobster
10) Parties
11) Dating sites to meet with more girls (those sites cost around $30 to $40 a month)
12) Clothes
13) Auto Repair Manual
14) And other nice things

If you're gonna honstley tell me you think I made a good move by getting a 3-year old car with 24K miles instead, then I think you're totally wrong because look at all the fun stuff I missed on.

The problem is that the contribution may occur not at the beginning of the year...so to account for that, Is this correct?

I create an average base.

So for instance I beging January with 1,000.

if I contribute $100 in february, I multiply that by 11/12 to get 91.67

So at the end of the year I take my account balance, lets say 2,000 and perform these calculations:

(2,000-(1,000+91.67))/(1,000+91.67)) = 83%

Is there a better way of evaluating the annual return?

I am now paying over 15 percent interest on my student loans and it seems i'm going nowhere. I don't really have that much credit so do you think a bank would loan me 15,000 by myself. I wouldn't have a cosigner because my family has really bad credit.

my car finance company are repeatedly failing to take my firect debit and this happens for 2 or 3 months every 5 months or so. this has drastically affected my credit rating and they do not notify me of this happening until 4 months has gone unpaid. the payment comes from my bills account which i never check, simply put the right money into each month. what rights do i have? my credit file says i am a default payer and i have now been turned down for a mortgage because of it. what can i do and what is their responsibility level with this situation?

Does anyone know the best way to find the best mortgage? I want to refinance to a 15-yr mortgage, how do I find the best rate? I tried lending tree, and they had a very limited selection and I was spammed to death.

Thanks!
