You can ONLY Transfer money FROM "your" account INTO some-one elses account ...

Of course, if you are a SCAM merchant, you obtain the MUGS Bank details and then convince the MORONS working at the Bank that the MUG has authorised the Transaction ..

You cant but they can, they can do it online or go to the bank and make the transfer they will need your account details.

You wouldn't be able to but the other person can transfer their money into your account I have done this
