Well, when you leave, the boss has the right to delay your pay as much as 60 days.

Maybe now is time to threaten legal action if they do not come up with that paycheck within 7 business days. Or 10, ifyou feel generous.

I am sorry that you have been subject to this abuse, but here is the way I see it, and I am an old man, so I have some experience. You did not state what type of club it is. Is it a legitimate dance club, a fishing club, a health club (gym) or what? If on the other hand is it a club similar to that place called the "Badda Bing Club" as depicted on "The Sopranos" television program, then I doubt that you will ever see your money nor should you do anything but ask for it 2 or 3 times. If you do not get it by then, then chalk it up as a bad experience and forget it. Otherwise, you might find yourself dead or at the very least, walking out of your house one morning and finding your dog nailed to the garage door. If it is a legitimate business that is subject to law, then ask one last time if you will get your money and if not then why not? Then, you have to go to the appropriate legal authorities to start an legal proceeding. If you have to spend any of your own money for lawyers, then forget it because they will fook you more than the club owners. I have had to write off debts a few times in my life, but if trying to collect will cost more than the debt, then forget it. Regardless of what you decide, don't do anything while under the influence of anger. Just remember that old proverb that is about 2000 years old----"REVENGE IS A DISH THAT IS BEST SERVED COLD"
Good luck and God bless you.

give the jerk 1 last chance, firstly, you have been way too coll about this, 2nd, tell him if he does not pay you that day or the next you will file with the wage and labor board, that will make him hire a lawyer and lose much more then he owes you, if you want something different, file in small claims your wages plus,, suffering and harassment! most states allow a 1 time filing for 10,000 or under, goodluck and dont be so nonchalant
