Important detail is that I do not own a home, property, etc.
This is credit card debt with maxed interest rates

What I don't understand is because of my annual income, if a bank etc. lent me money at a good interest rate to purchase a home, my salary would be enough to cover the mortage etc. if I was just lent enough to use a portion for consolidating the credit cards.

Example-not my figures:
$50,000 debt
$200,000 mortgage lending

Purchase home that is $150,000 and pay off debt with remainding $50,000

Due to significantly lower mortgage rate, and the high interest cards being consolidated etc. payment is not a problem, which can be proven with paystubs but isn't apparent when looking at credit rating since it is very poor due to the maxed cards etc.

I'm ignorant of how mortgage lending works, for some reason can you not get a mortgage as high as possible but use some funds for other things?

Would banks be open to this arrangement?

Thanks

I need the funds available by Monday, I forgot to ask the teller, but I deposited about 8 paychecks that I had forgotten to in the past few months. You think the funds will be available by Monday? The paychecks are from CVS so it's not like they might bounce.

I owe about 20k in credit card debt,
8k of that is at 2.9% or 3.9% til paid off!
The rest is at 0% til April '08.
By then I'll get more offers for new cards, with bal. transfers free, and often 18 months at 0%
I could keep moving the balances and not worry, since I've done this for years and it doesn't seem to have affected credit score enough to matter.
I know there are tax advantages for home equity loans, and I
could easily get one, but is it worth paying 7+%?
Is there a math calculation to figure this out?
Another factor: I'll probably sell the house within 10 years and pay everything off.
A complete cash out refi. doesn't look good because my mortgage is at 5.38% and would surely go up to at least 6%

i loaned my friend a lot of money, and i am still waiting to get it back after months of asking her for it back. yet she keeps telling me bare-faced lies and i have not seen a penny of what she owes me. we took out a joint car policy together, but my half has been cancelled, yet i still have to pay her debt, how can this be if it is nothing to do with me. there are also credit cards that i set up for her but the evidence says on the card and financial statements that they are in her name and not mine, but, yet again i am having to pay when it should be her who is paying. she has got me into serious debt of over £21,000 and i am struggling to pay it as i have a baby due in october, what on earth can i do, i have tried talking civil to her, but she is such a hard faced b*tch that it doesnt seem to bother her. i have even contacted her mother explaining the situation, but she says that is tough luck basically. what use is that. can anyone help before i completely tear my hair out?

my situation is pretty complicated. i bank at washington mutual and i have about 3 overdrafts that i have just incurred. the reason is that i have this savings plan that automatically deposits 25 dollars into my savings account every month on the 25th. now the weird thing is that when i use my debit card transactions are not processed right away, instead it seems to get processed right when my 25 dollars are automatically deposited into my savings account. they did this to me twice, this being the second time. i was going to deposit money into my account to cover the costs that i have incurred but even then with automatic savings plan it wouldnt have mattered maybe a lower overdraft fee thats it. but im just wondering, im going to talk to them in person tommorow at one of their banks and i was wondering what can i do or say to convince them to reverse at least 2 overdrafts or all. i did some research and it does not cost a bank 27 dollars if someone withdraws too much from their accoun

Fyi, i am not a US resident and live outside the US, so i cant use the Bank account stuff. Just credit or debit cards.

Can i cash out(withdraw) the money at my debit card's bank?

And if i cancel my paypal account now, will all the money be transferred to my debit card? or all the money has already in my card?

Remember, i am not a US resident and my paypal account is non-verified.

Plz help. i need suggestion.
