and that I owed them 50$. But I called them and was told to send them copys of w2s and they woul correct their records and send me my 600$ and when I call them now they say they have not received that paperwork ,and have no record of that phone call .What do I do now? Its not much money but its the principle of the matter.

They are a problem to deal with. Years ago I moved to TX for 7 months, then returned to PA, filed my taxes. 2 Years later they sent me paperwork stating I did not pay any PA taxes and demanded I pay. Explained to them that I my earnings in TX while I lived in TX where not taxable in PA, and by law when I worked in PA they take the taxes out. Made copies, sent them to the 3 times, numerous phone calls, and after about 8-9 months it was resolved. Same thing said, we never received them. Send them the copies again but send them so that someone has to sign for them. They do not like to admit making mistakes

Make certified copies of your w-2s and send them with a letter via certified mail. If this does not correct the problem talk to a tax lawyer.
