..use the amount i received on paypal to shop in stores using the card? (both online n real stores) or i can only use the money through paypal only?

Fyi, i am not a US resident and live outside the US, so i cant use the Bank account stuff. Just credit or debit cards.

Can i cash out(withdraw) the money at my debit card's bank?

And if i cancel my paypal account now, will all the money be transferred to my debit card? or all the money has already in my card?

Remember, i am not a US resident and my paypal account is non-verified.

Plz help. i need suggestion.

Its better if you verify the address there must be a $1.25 or something amount in your statement along with it there is a 4 digit code enter that code in paypal there is a link get verified you are verified now. For closing the account check if the amount is debited in your card for safety because sometimes it takes 20 - 30 days for transfer and you can use it anywhere through your card even if you are not verified you can withdraw as well.

If you have confirmed payments, then yes, you can spend them. However, if they are credit card payments and you do not have a Premier Account, they will be unclaimable until you upgrade. Why not get verified anyhow? It makes life much much easier.

If you want to withdraw the money, you have to withdraw it to your bank account (this takes some 10 days) and it must be the bank account attached to your PP account.

Good luck
