Not trying to be sarcastic but thinking about it, why not try to look into the profile of a pte Loan Lender? They make good money without having to work hard. You just need to know the basics abt loan procedures and be quick and witty when it comes to making excuses to make your victim pay again and again.
But seriously, If you have the right contacts, it's not a bad idea. You dun scam people. You just refer them to those legal financial instituitions and once the loan is secured, you'll earn a commission.

No investment, you have any talents? ok, as far as I know, there are lots of online opportunities, I personally doing online business, it's possible to make money but you have to be consistent and dedicated to it, I have done lots of research on this online business and I found they are totally scam-free (BBB Certified!) if you need more information,

the only way besides buying lottery tickets, is to come up with a new invention, and sell it to a large company. get a legal document signed before you tell them your idea.
