hummm. It sounds like you are sending some money to a "buyer" not the other way around. But why are you sending money by western union ( which only take a few minutes to be received?) If you are buying something from someone., why can't you send them a check or money order by Federal Express. . Why is it necessary to send money to someone for a product you aren't even sure you are going to receive, and especially when the party will have the money within minutes. Whoever the "buyer" is will be receiving cash money.

I was told ONE YEAR, by the Western Union People, But things might have changed.
