I have tried to email Mr Richie Banks And Mr Matt Willie and their emails will not go thru?

You're lucky.

"Richie Banks" and "Matt Willie" are the alias' of scammers who troll the message boards looking for marks.

They have no money to lend and are only looking to scam you. They will "approve" you for a loan but they will request an insurance "fee" from you upfront. If you pay the fee, you will never hear from them again and you will be in worse financial shape then before you started.
