I am currently in arrears with a few creditors. At present I have set up payments of a lesser value with them.

Can they only send Bailiffs round if you pay them NOTHING, or can they send them round anyway if I'm not paying as much as I should. Even if I decided to only pay them £1 per month.

Can I get a credit card although I have bad credit?
Which credit cad?
which bank?
How much would be the highest spending limit be?
I have only had ONE credit card before,(don't owe much on it),
but I have a broken lease, that may have been the reason to the low/bad credit.
What is my options/chances?
Could I also apply for any of them online.

I have been charge with like 400 dollars in the past 2 or 3 months, I want to know how the law see the popular bank term "overdraft fee or overdraft protection" what for me is just a plane credit or loan with the highest interest rate in the world.
If i expend 1 dollar and they charge me 32 dollars over that dollar, they are stealing from me.
To my knowledge that is just a credit or loan over that dollar however the bank wanted to call it.
Can I sue my bank for overdraft fee and/or overdraft protection?

I'm 19 years old. I just got my first capital one credit card about three months ago. I charge only about 3/4 of my credit line limit, and pay my bill on time every month, but still have a low score and inestablished credit history. Should I apply for a second line of credit? Or just be responsible with the one that I have. I heard that financing a car,and paying it off is the best way to boost your score.

I've legally changed my name. Now I receive a medical bill which is under my old name. What if I don't pay the bill, will it be reported to a collection agency? Will it effect my credit score even it's under my old name?

I also have another medical bill which already went to collection. I just pulled a credit score from Experian; but there is no unpaid debt marked in the report. What if I pay the bill right now, will it show up on my report anyway in the future?

A gentelman that works at a collection agency i have been dealing with lost his temper and completly went off on me. He called me every name in the book. i tried to stay calm and reach an agreement with him on how to pay off the debt, but he wasnt listining to a word i had to say. I dont owe the full amount, however they say i do and that they will slap me with a class 2 misdimeanor if i dont pay. I tried to pay and i was told i gave an invalid checking account number, i absolutly did not do that.

A large commercial lender accidentally pulled credit on one of my borrowers causing his credit score to drop. He now no longer qualifies for the program that he needs. This pull was never authorized. I called the lender that performed the credit inquiry and they stated that it was a mistake. What are my options?

I was wondering since we have 3 credit reporting agencies. If lets say Experian is mainly used in one area (like west coast) and Transunion on the east coast and equifax in the midwest? Is there a common trend to which where the companies is based at and which CRA they use? Or is it more like a dime toss and they just use whomever CRA they choose?
I am just asking as my credit reports vary by 71 points...and of course I would like to use the highest one IF possible =o)

I was wondering over that. I've bought stuff off line many times and a few of the stores didn't charge my card, instead started me an account on there website and gave me an $1000.00 limit. To me that seems crazy for a minor. At the time I was 16 (only a year older now.) Is all of this legal? I'm not having problems with it, I just ignored the limits and payed what I owed. Thanks for your time!
