There are many credit cards available to people with poor / no credit. Orchard Bank and First Premier are two of the most popular issuers. You'll also have to decide between 'secured' and 'unsecured'. Since you won't pay a security deposit with an unsecured credit card, I would try that first. You can find a complete list here:

Usually, you'll start out with a credit limit of $500. Over time, with regular on-time payments-- the issuer will offer increases to your credit limit. Eventually, you'll be able to apply for 'regular' credit card offers with lower interest rates and less fees.

When your credit is poor, it may seem like you can't get approved for credit of any kind. But there are today many lenders who offer a credit card with bad credit history. These products will cost more than credit cards for people with good credit, but for some the cost may be worth it. You can use these cards to repair your credit, especially after bankruptcy, foreclosure or other financial event that may have damaged your credit.
Another alternative to getting a credit card with bad credit is a secured credit card. These cards require that the card holder put down a deposit with the issuing bank. This deposit secures the credit line extended by the bank; if the card holder does not pay the card as agreed, the bank will keep the deposit. There are also high interest rates and fees for secured cards, but they may be less expensive than those on unsecured cards.
try online at: http://www.credit-card-forums.com/Secured.html and get instance approval according to your requirment.

First of all, find out why you have bad credit. Is it the broken lease? I've had broken leases before and it never affected my credit. Find out first and try to straighten that out if all possible. Then, do go to a website for those with bad credit..hopefully, you'll be able to change the "bad" to "good".

any secured credit card you can get. you have to deposit money into it first just as collateral so it makes sure you have enough to cover going over. the only bad thing is, you usually have to pay for the service
