I work for a company and make $30,000. I am the GM over the business. I relocated from another city to take this position. The position I was at I made only $200 less. I have all the credentials needed for this position including experience. I am barely making it on my salary. Before I came and relocated I purchased a vehicle making payments of $480 per month, mortgage $500, and $100 utility, not to mention food, maint. and etc. I can barely make car payments, do I sell my car? I think I shouldn't have to sell my car because being in this position should be benefitin more than struggling. I have car maint. and a small debt that I am balancing out. I have researched and people in a position less than where I am at making $38,000 not to metion GM. What do I do, do I go to my employer? and say what? I love my job, position, and opportunity..Also like my employer... What do I do? If I go to him will he look at me differently? But, this is my life we are talking about. If this was you what

I ordered Tickets on Ticketmaster and became a member of “Entertainment Rewards”. They charge your card after the free trial. They make it look like part of the process of getting the tickets. I canceled immediately. On 3/5/07, I received some “Entertainment Rewards” member offers. I immediately sent in a cancellation again. I found this website and called the number. Anyone else had trouble with this?

If you are married and the husband is the main source of income with a great job and outstanding, perfect credit and the wife has credit that isn't as good, what will the realtor look at? Does he look at the person's credit who brings home the paycheck or his stay at home wife? Does her credit play any factor in this?

i was irresponsible for the last 4 years and my student loan went to collections. I'm finally making decent money and I've began paying back my loan, my question is will my credit score begin to increase because i'm paying this off now on a monthly basis or will it only increase once the loan is fully paid off which will be in like the next 5 years.

I found some spyware on my pc and tried to delete it. I thought it was and found that it was not. So I am wondering if there is a site in which I could check to see if someone has stole my identity, or maybe even find out if someone has tried to get credit under my name. I am a single father and I am trying to buy a home for me and my son. As everyone else in this country, I could not afford to have someone buying under my name. If anyone has any answers, then please, your help would be gret appreciated, thank you.

Besides Home Trust? I find all these offers but they're only for US residents. I have no problem paying a security deposit but am looking for something other than Home Trust.

My sister is mentally ill and has been for the last 30 years. She is functional and lives in an assisted living facility. She applys for credit cards and goes on spending sprees until the limit is reached. We pay them and tell her to stop using them. We have an attorney who now manages her money. She applies for more credit cards and they send them with higher spending limits because we continue to pay the bills. When we call the credit reporting agencies they make a note on the file however, my sister calls and tells them to remove it. Without my sister defaulting on payments, how can we prevent credit card companies from sending her cards?

Me and my fiance are in need of a loan, not a huge one but one for 3,000-4,000. I dont have good credit and his is average. We really need this loan and we were wondering if anyone knew of a place that gave loans to anyone with good credit or not good credit like us, I was also wondering if you have any advice for us about getting a loan, ex: different tactics that make it more likely or things like that. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you ..

I was with them for two years. Never did I pay late, and paid off balances before. But this one time I was late, they doubled my APR to 29.99% and have no plans on reverting it back to its norm. I have asked several times, but every single time they reject my request. I have other credit cards such as American Express, Capial One and Citi. I was livid, so I researched a little to find out how credit card companies do their work, and it comes down to only CHASE being the only company that does not bend a little for their good customers. Have you ever had any bad experiences with Chase? From this experience, I vow never to do business with Chase. Anyone wants to join in?

We ran into tremendous financial difficulty a couple years ago. Some of our accounts went into collections and, over the last year, we have worked hard to either pay accounts in full and are continuing to make monthly payments on others.

I recently worked out a settlement agreement with one collection agency. (This is the only account that we asked for such consideration.) While the agency has verbally agreed to accept a certain amount as payment in full, they refuse to send any written statements indicating this agreement until AFTER the payment is made.

I am concerned that if I remit payment without a written statement beforehand that the agency may turn around and say no such agreement exists. Am I right to be concerned? Should I say "no thanks" to the settlement without such written proof beforehand and just try to make other arrangements to handle the bill?
