I need a loan(small amount),so i ask others for help , and they agree. But when i tell em the real reason , they start to back-off .

Can some1 give me a good reason to get a loan for a student

Study loans are provided by banks ..so outta the question and i come from a high-income background.

In Dec 2003 my husband's ex wife opened a credit card with Capital One in his name while he was stationed in Korea, she had the mailing address listed as a PO Box in her hometown. He did not find out anything about this credit card until we were trying to purchase a house and it was on his credit report. She charged about $150 on the card between the time it was opened and Feb 2004, and now we are told he has to pay $1000.00 in order to get it off his credit report. Are there any legal avenues we can take because we knew nothing of this card? We cannot afford to pay, as we should not because it was fraudulent, but we really need to get his credit score higher so we can qualify for a home loan. We have informed the credit card company, and the refuse to do anything and want payment in full. Anybody have any answers?

I need a loan ASAP, I'm considering a pay day loan. I've applied to several companies but it seems as though I've just been put through a run around. Does anyone know any websites that are REAL that I can get a fast loan from?

I would even consider taking out another type of loan, my credit is not that great, due to excessive medical bills. Please help me and NO smart *** comments....

I recieved a payment for an item I am selling in the form of a check, which I deposited in my bank account. It came back NSF and as a result of this my accounts were closed. Does anyone know how to report this? All of the check collection agencies I found are for Merchants.

So with the old saying of "if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is" Has anyone ever tried the online loan places (not payday loans) but the ones that guarantee a loan but charge a processing fee of $39.95
I was just wondering if anyone has had anything good or bad to say about these links.

I lost my credit card, and someone used to to buy about $240 worth of merchandise at a Target store. What is the credit card agency going to do to try and catch this person?

Has anyone been a victim of this before and they caught the person who did it?

I've finally decided to get a credit card for emergency use, not everyday purchases. The trouble is, I know absolutely nothing about credit cards or how to look for the best one. Is there a web site I could look where they have the most basic and thorough information about applying and credit card usage? Thanks :)

Hi
Recently I purchased an airline tickets with my credit card on-line from the USA. The travel agency didn't deliver what I purchased so they promised to refund the tickets. They told me that the refund will appear in my credit card up to 6 weeks. Could anyone tell me why it takes so long?

I heard that you can often negotiate to do a cash payoff of your credit card. This amount is usually way lower than what you owe. Is this common or true? If so, does it have a bad effect on your credit score?

I have been receiving call from an agency even though I was still making arrangement with my credit card company AMEX to pay my account off in fact they just received a payment from me. I am pissed with AMEX and even more so with this Collection Agency. Amex accepted my payments now they tell me I have to work withthe collection agency. I am mailing a Cease and Desist Certified letter today to the collection agency and also a certified letter to AMEX to get this issue resolved. Do you think this will work. I just want to go on with my life and pay them off

I have a potential Internet customer who wants to pay by credit card, but currently I only accept payments by PayPal. I tried to contact PayPal about taking credit cards over the Internet but they won't give me a quick, straight answer. They want a salesman to call me at work. That's a red flag!

What is the easiest, cheapest, best way for me to use a third party to take credit card payments over the Internet?

I made the biggest mistake that a college freshman could make, I got a credit card. I racked up charges, than overcharged, payed the miniums, overcharged...it was all just one ugly desperate cycle. I've learned my lesson luckily rather early on, but my credit rating is totally screwed up now. I'm making payments every two weeks to pay off my debts and intend to be more responsible. What are some other things I can do to increase my credit rating?

is it just me or is this going way beyond belief!!quite a number of people globally are in debt but these adverts claiming they can help get rid of your debt are outrageously stupid!!
for the following reasons:
if for example you are 35, you can borrow from 25,000 to 150,000 pounds.but the repayments could vary from 5 - 25 years!that means you could only be debt free when you are 60!
and people saying but they are affordable monthly paymens, well how long are you planning to pay this sum of money back!
look at the interest, these people are probably making more money than the financial institutions that you owe the money to in the first place.

basically what i am saying here is why not promote money management and not debt relief???all people really need is to know how to manage their money!
