After reciving a charge on one of my credit cards, I contacted Tritech and instructed them that I did not wish to subscribe to their service. They stated they would credit my account. The next month I received my credit card statement and discovered that they not only did not credit my account but charged it another monthly fee (different amount from the first).

I again called them and received an apoligy and they assured me that it would be taken care of. The next month I received another charge (still another different amount) and called again - this time I asked the name of the person I was talking to and she refused to tell me and hung up on me.

I called back three times before I was able talk to a supervisor who said she was Andrea Garoy. After explaining to her the situation and threating legal action, she agreed to credit my account for only two months amd gave me an address to write for any additional credit.

As of this date I have not received any credit and have not received my next credit card billing to see if legal action is going to be necessary.

What may have happened is credit card fraud. Usually, credit card or debit card number acquired by stealing are used online where photo idea is not useable.

You should report the charges and cancel the card.

Those numbers might be phone numbers ....800-969-5577 and 1-818-548-5400. Area code 818 is for LA area and the CA might be for California. Try calling those numbers and see what happens.

I'm not sure what that is maybe something electrical?!?n but i would defo get it checked out as it could save you a fair bit! just ask in the bank.

in the past i had a similar problem and it turned out be insurance for my mobile phone, but i hadn't even asked for insurance!!! so stopped it straight away. that was also listed under a weird code.

If your billing statement refers to www.tritech.org, then you have made a purchase from a web site that uses TriTech Internet Services, Inc. (TTI) for billing.

Use this site to search for the company:
