I saw one charge on the bank website they tracked it to Italy its description on the bank was www.190-IT Corisco. The bank said to come in and cancel my card and when they checked pending authorizations and charges there were a ton more. Like from E-Bay which I don't use, yahoo kids, western union. Wow how does that happen?

my mom ruined my credit with utility bills, credit cards and home alarm systems. then i did a little damage by having things somethings sent to collections as well, but it wouldn't have been as bad had she not already ruined it. and recently i got my car repossessed. not to mention i have a ton of inquries on my credit from when i bought my car, they sent me out to 15 banks to see which one would approve me. and then when i finally got approved my interest rate was 18% and my payment was $441 which is why they eneded up having to take it, bc i couldn't afford it. will i ever be able to buy a car? under what circumstances and how can i fix my credit? HELP!

I have a credit score of 734, Im only 21 so my accounts haven't been open that long. Capital One gave me a fairly large credit line, but i haven't activated it yet, due to the fact that CO does not post actual limits just high balances on your credit report, and so does American Express from what I have read. Anyone know a good company that I could get another credit card from? I am looking for one strictly for when I am a Realtor but being a Realtor does not allow for a business credit card. Any suggestions?

I have been able to get a credit card with a $300.00 limit and have had it as an active account for 5 months. I still want to improve my FICO score.

Listen here, are you sick n tired of paying that 7% every month going straight to the car dealer. Get this, use all the financing out there to get a 0% APR financing. I just recently purchased a 2007 vehicle and im paying $375 a month. But this is interest free.. I also received a 0% APR financing credit card for a year. Guess what i did.. Put it on the card, and pay off the card as much as possible. Get this the credit card rate after that is only 6.5%. So even if i cant pay it all off, im still paying less. But here is the real trick, i get these 0% cards pretty regularly, dont you? Guess what im gonna be doing by 10 months from now. Paying off my first credit card with this second one. Now i have another year, interest free! I have no doubt ill have this car paid off in full interest free in 3 years tops. If you dont have great credit, then this might be difficult, but talk to your parents if your young enough, they can back you. It works! dont pay interest ever again!

The first loan is in default and the cosigned loan is late (again). Based on the non payment of the first, I was hoping to sue for anticipatory breach on the second one. Do I have a good case?
I live in New York State, and cant seem to find a whole lot on the subject. the amount is 8,000 - what court would it have to go through?

Hi,

I've received an invoice from an internet company for £99.69. I never signed up for their services, but someone else must've using my information. I went to the police, but they said no crime had been committed. I explained as this to the company, and they stated that as I agreed to the terms and conditions when I signed up I'm bound by them!

Anyone have any ideas what to do????

I've read various articles saying that AMEX cards can actually hurt your credit score, due to them not having a spending limit. Do all AMEX cards have no spending limit?? Does the Blue card have no limit??

I am not looking for any "miracle cures", I am willing to pay what I owe. What I want to know is when I am negotiating with creditors, there is a certain WAY that they can clear the debt that looks much, much better on your credit report than if you just pay them off. What is the wording I should be negotiating FOR?

I know some people who have decent jobs, and good incomes, but always live beyond their means and have terrible credit. Why? Is it insecurity? Irresponsibility? Just a mental defect?

I'm not talking about situational problems - like if someone has a car accident, or medical bills. I'm talking about forever and always.
