You are screwed! This will be on your credit report for a long time. Just pay the debt! If you have a judgment they can go after your assets, garnish wages, etc...

You shouldn't have let this go. Problems like this don't just go away. You owed someone some money and you didn't fulfill your part of the agreement.

not sure what it means but looks like owning the CC is coming back to get your money. u should have paid it off and if u have a bank account they are gettign the money from you. call up the company and see what they tell you. then go to the bank and see why ur stopped..rememebr these are credi cards..they dotn mess around..whatver u think...u must pay them off. this helps u down the line.

the judgement is valid for 20 years, not the credit reporting. once you pay off the judgement, it will be off your credit in seven years.

ooops...don't get a credit card unless you are mature enough to at least do something in 6 years....I understand hitting hard times but spending 1500 dollars without even a backwards glance is a bad idea.....you need to pay that off as soon as possible...

You will have to pay it or it will haunt you. They can go after your account again or your assets. Send the payments to the court. After it is paid they will file a Satisfaction of Judgment which will release the judgment so they won't come after you.

It takes a long time for them to freeze your account. You are SOL unless you pay them in full. If you let it go again, they will tack on interest and court costs.

Just pay it and get it over with.
