If you are talking about a company that you work for, not own, then it would depend on what you signed when they gave it to you. Most likely you signed a statement saying that you are personally liable for the charges. If it is your credit card from your own small business, then you also most likely signed something from the bank saying you were personally liable. You need to investigate the documents you signed when you got the credit card.

That depends on a couple of factors, is your business incorporated or a sole proprietorship? If it is incorporated it is classified as a seperate entity or person by the government and credit bureaus. If it is not incorporated you may be able to contact the credit bureaus and discuss it further with them. The attached link has some excellent resources that you may find helpful.
