They claim it was a medical appointment, yet I have no record of making a payment at the office and my insurance company has no claim form submitted for that date of service. The date is over a year ago and I never received a bill.

Am considering debt settlement but afraid that the banking instituion I work for will view it negatively if known with the bad effect it will have on my credit for the next 2-3 years until complete. Can they terminate you for that? Live in Florida, not sure about differences in state, I know Florida can be unique.

I've never EVER been late on a payment, I've had and paid off several trade lines (and early too), so why is my credit score not an 800 or above? I just don't get it!

By using their service, they add your name and social security as an authorized user, to an established revolving credit card account. And because of the consistent payment history and high credit balance... The applicants credit score increases considerably.. Is that true???

I get offers all the time from Blue Sky and Capital One for pre-approved auto loans up to $30,000 but they never state any terms in the offer. They want you to go and see a dealer before any particulars are disclosed.

Anyway, have any of you bought a car this way or know how it works? What is the interest rate range, lowest to highest? I'm in California, if that matters.
Thanks!

Help! I need loan advice!?
So I just finished college and my credit is average. Its been pulled a few of times over the last couple of months as I've been applying for a small loan ($3000) to help build credit. I applied online at US Bank and was denied so I called in to apply with a representative who told me I would qualify no problem. I didn't. I'm not sure where to go to get a loan. Any ideas?

I have student loans that I'll start paying in a couple of months. I bank at US Bank so I thought that would be the most convenient route to get a loan. The loan is for a motorcycle. I can't afford to finance a car because of insurance rates, but motorcycle rates are much lower. I currently have 2 credit cards and 1 secured credit card. All of these have $0 balance

Experian has a website that allows you to print a document which is to be filled out with the requested info, and mailed to a specific adress. In doing so, I have managed to have the security freeze removed from Experian. The problem is that Experian has not notified TransUnion, or Equifax about the security freeze being removed from my credit file, so I am still stuck, and of course, there is absolutly no one I can call or speak with to help my situation. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
