Visa Debt cards are not considered credit and therefore on not reporting to the credit reporting agencies. It doesn't matter if you use credit or debit option, it's still won't report, it's not credit.

No. If it were a credit card and you paid off the balance each month, it would not affect your credit score either.
Your credit score is dependent on having outstanding debt and how you manage it OVER TIME.
