My old boss signed my name and submitted a credit reporting paper in my work place 8 months after I had started,Since then I had a credit report ran in Dec of this year to rent a home and low and behold from the date he signed that paper to now still, there are all kinds of inquiry from motgage lenders, credit cards, car people etc, can I find out who for sure asked for these credit ratings to be run? I have also been hit with bank fraud since then also.. I can not believe that someone can falsify a document and do this and no one can stop it... Please help

You should have done something as soon as you found out.

File police report asap. Then send a copy to the credit bureaus.

They may be able to tell for sure who had done it. With your statement of who you think it may be and also the person would have to use addresses etc to receive anything from any of the creditors.

Look over your reports for anything on there that is not yours. If you find anything, send a letter claiming they are not yours with the copy of the police report to the bureaus.

LOL your (friend)boss is taking you to the cleaners
if he or anyone know your numbers to any of your cards or license and your address and phone then I say your cooked!

even I could do that If I knew your number to your card and your name too but I am not dis-honnest it is just that easy then just ragle a few papers and they got your account talk to a judge at the court house or get an atorney and good luck I hope you can get out of this.
