I recently checked my credit scores and this is what came up...

Transunion: 503
Equifax: 459
Experian: 574

I have noticed numerous errors in all 3 reports but didn't think it was worth my time to fix... I'm beginning to think I was wrong.

Is it normal for there to be such a large descrepancy in scores? what suggestions can you give me to make this go up.

If you check out this post of mine http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=A9FJuifuQNBEjykB.wDsy6IX?qid=20060801220502AA4k8nY
you'll see my intentions. I'm thinking I'm screwed. Any hope out there?

Thanks.

I had an unpaid balance on an account which i paid in full, and I have a letter from the creditor (dated a year back) indicating that the account has a zero balance. However, my credit report still shows that account having an unpaid balance.

a) How do i get incorrect information off my credit record.
b) Does a creditor have a legal responsibility to update the credit record with a zero balance if they had earlier reported an unpaid balance ? If so, does the law require the creditor to do this within a certain time period?
b) What are my rights with respect to the creditor in this case?

I will be graduating in December and getting a better paying job. I'm wanting to trade my car in. The thing is that I have very poor credit. I am wanting to get a Mercedez Benz. Now I know you are thinking that is very far fetched to want somthing that expensive with bad credit. I know and understand. But I will be able to afford it. I hate it that my credit is so bad. I had to make lots of sacrafices going to school. Now that I am back on my feet again I want to try and better things. Is there any way I can get the car of my dreams with having bad credit and not having a cosigner? What if I had $6-7 thousand dollars to put down on the vehicle? Would they say okay, but with a high intrest rate? How much would I have to put down in order for them to finance me with bad credit? Thanks

If I contact my creditor, they will find out how to sue me. If I don't the interests will add up? How can I negotiate with my creditors without taking any risks. What negotiation terms should I ask for?

Hello,
I just got a call from a nasty little man telling i owe 7K for an car loan that i co-signed. My X bought a car 6 years ago, shortly after that i got away from him forgetting about that loan. My husband call this guys office and told him to stop calling here, go after Tom (my X) and repo his car. The collector told my husband it already has been and he was here to collect the balance and if it dose not get satisified by the end of the week he will file a law suit. What can we do!

I've transferred balances from other credit cards to one with a lower interest rate several times. I notice on my statement, it lists them separately, along with the interest rate, but from month to month, sometimes one balance will be more than the last month or it may be less. My questions is, how is my payment distributed? How do they determine which balance is paid off first and why do the amounts fluctuate so that it almost seems as if my payment is not making a dent in either balance, although my overall balance is less? Make sense?
