There should be a number on your statement or the back of your card. I know one MasterCard number is 1-800-MasterC, but there will be lots of different branches/locations/corporations. It's not as if you can just call one number for ALL of MasterCard. Try www.mastercard.com and e-mail them for your specific inquiry.

If you have a card you need to cantact the bank that issued it. Mastercard Corporation didn't issue the card and can't help with your account. There should be a # on the back of your card and on your statements.

Dial 1800 555 1212.... its toll free directory assistance - just ask for Mastercard.
If you ever need directory assistance for any town in the U.S.A. you dial: 1 - (area code) - 555 - 1212.
